The Manitoba Water and Wastewater Association (MWWA) is seeking a contracted Association Manager with experience in the water and wastewater sector and not for profit organizations. The Association Manager will provide strong and visionary leadership within the context of a policy governed, not for profit organization with a membership base of over 800 members, and an annual operating budget of approximately $400,000. The Association Manager will be expected to provide ‘hands on’ assistance and support in all areas of operations, programs, and services. The MWWA will provide the contractor with a laptop, printer and Office365 license. This is a home office-based position, and the Association Manager will be responsible for the costs of all normal office supplies and expenses. (i.e. printing, paper, postage etc). The Association Manager will be required to attend events, meetings, trade shows etc. and access to a vehicle is required.
